One of my favorite dishes is chicken fillet with canned pineapple and cashew.
I take chicken fillet and cut it in very small pieces. Then, I move cut chicken into a bowl, add canned pieces of pineapple (with small amount of juice), cashew, salt, black pepper and chili. Then, I mix the content of the bowl and move this bowl into a fridge for marinating for a few hours. In a few hours, it can be fried in a frying pan with some oil.
Also, I’m going to try to add small amount wine for marinating next time.

день., actually, I do it quite often :-) and that's why I've offered that. Wine, honey and soy sauce is great for marinating too (can't stop talking about cooking chicken, sorry :shuffle2: )
